Adventure Advertising, of Rockport Maine, has purchased the building and property at 191 Park Street in Rockland, Maine to move its Rockland print and copy business, as well as expand apparel production. The building was purchased from Jason Butman of Rockland, Maine. Butman has used the property for his plumbing and heating business as well as Wicked Redemption, which he owned with Jeanette Knowlton.
“This is a great opportunity for Adventure. We are thankful for the amazing support that we have received from the local area, and we have outgrown the space in our Rockport office. We will be moving our current print and copy shop, located in Rockland, into the new space, and we will be moving our apparel business from our Rockport office into the new Rockland space as well. This will allow us to add additional equipment, and have the space to have a more organized and fun environment for our customers and employees. Our Rockport office will stay in its current location, and will have more room for our sign and vehicle graphics production and installations, as well as customer meetings and offices. Our customers will be able to come into either location to order products and talk with our team about what they need. We want to be able to provide a great working environment and great customer service. We hope that the new location will create both.” Dale Landrith, Adventure Advertising Owner
191 Park Street is the home of Wicked Redemption, and was formerly the Puffin Stop convenience store. The redemption center will continue to operate at that location and occupy a portion of the building and parking lot. Adventure Advertising will begin the process of moving, but will keep the current locations operating as normal until the new location is ready to open. It hopes to have the new store fully operational and ready for customers by early fall.
“We are extremely excited to be making this move. As we have grown, our team has done an amazing job at adapting and finding a way to get everything done without enough space. Our customers have been very understanding of the busy flurry they witness when they visit, and we’re looking forward to opportunities the additional space will give us for taking care of customers needs and continuing to do our best to provide everyone with a great experience. We are so thankful for our team, and we are excited to reimagine both work spaces with them.” – Alyssa Landrith, Adventure Advertising Owner
